Paul The Apostle says, ‘Pray Without Ceasing.’ This month I celebrate my natural and spiritual birthday, along with the Nation Of Israel, born May 14, 1948 and the birth of The Church on Pentecost, so where do I begin. The Faith Column is here to keep you inform, encourage, empower and enable you to experientially know, that we are very much living in ‘Bible Times.’ Some in the church today teach that prophecy no longer exists in our day, but The Word Of God says that ‘The Testimony Of Jesus Is The Spirit Of Prophecy’ and in the natural world we live in, May 6-10 is National Teacher Appreciation Week, so teaching obviously has not been done away with either. Paul tells us that Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors & Teachers are all here to bring unity to The Body Of Christ, ‘Equip The Saints For Service In The Kingdom Of God’ (which Is Righteousness, Peace & Joy In The Holy Ghost) and all of the five-fold ministry gifts are given to us, so that we can fulfill The Great Commission or as Scripture tells us, ‘To Usher In The Second Coming Of Christ Jesus!’ Church, we have a job to do & Holy Script says that it is to do the works that He has prepared for us ‘to do,’ before the foundations of this present world we live in were laid. We are exhorted to be ‘doers’ of The Word, not just listeners, hearers, readers, prayers or commentators.
Jesus said, ‘Go And Do Likewise,’ Seek/Save The Lost, Preach, Teach & Heal, not by our own might or power, but by My Spirit, Says The Lord! Corinthians tells us that ‘Jesus Is The Wisdom & Power Of God.
