Paul the Apostle knew exactly what he was talking about when he wrote, Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung (refuse), that I may win Christ, And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of (from) God by faith: That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by means I might attain unto the resurrection of (from) the dead. Philippians 3:8-11 and Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatever state I am, therewith to be content. I know both how to be abased (made low), and I know how to abound (be prosperous): everywhere and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Philippians 4:11-13
He was thoroughly convinced when he said, For the which cause (reason) I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed (trusted), and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. Second Timothy 1:12 Understanding that your situations and circumstances in life are governed by an all powerful, all knowing, all seeing and loving God, makes our decision making easier and His Word gives us the wisdom to know what to do and how to do it.
The least of the apostles proclaimed, For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith (Hab. 2:4). Romans 1:16, 17 In The Book Of Daniel, the king was being weighed in the balance and came up short, wanting. Paul had the blessed assurance that Jesus was His, not only in this life, but in the one to come. He put his faith upon The Rock! How about you? John wrote his gospel, epistles and The Revelation Of Jesus Christ, so that we would all come to ‘experientially’ know Him and have Eternal, Everlasting, Abundant, Resurrection LIFE, In Jesus’ Holy & Precious Name, The Name above ALL names. There is no other name under Heaven, by which we must be saved! Don’t be ashamed, don’t deny Jesus before men or He will deny you.
